When is the last day to order for Christmas?
December 10 for standard US shipping. Production is 2–5 business days after proof approval, shipping 2–5. The cut-off is on every product page.
Where are the ornaments made?
By print and engraving partners in the United States. We design, proof and handle your order; they produce and ship it.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes — the preview updates as you type, and we email a final proof for approval.
What materials do you use?
Birch wood, white glazed ceramic, clear and frosted acrylic, and glossy photo print. Each product page lists the material and size.
Does it come with a hook or ribbon?
Yes — every ornament ships with a ribbon or gold string, in a gift box.
Can I return a personalized ornament?
Not for change of mind, because it's made for you. Damaged or misprinted pieces are replaced free — email a photo within 14 days.
Can I order many with different names?
Yes — personalize each and add to cart, or use a set. For 10+ (teams, classrooms) see bulk ornaments.
