What can be personalized on an ornament?
Names (up to about six on a family ornament), the year, a short line, and on photo ornaments a picture you upload. The preview updates as you type; a proof is emailed before printing.
When do I need to order to get it before Christmas?
Order by December 10 for standard US shipping. Production takes 2–5 business days after proof approval, shipping 2–5 business days. We post the exact cut-off on every product page.
What materials are the ornaments?
Birch wood discs, white ceramic, clear acrylic, and glossy photo-print. Each product page lists the material and size.
Do they come with a ribbon or hook?
Yes — every ornament ships with a ribbon or gold string ready to hang.
Can I order several with different names?
Yes. Personalize each one separately and add it to the cart; they ship together.
Choosing a personalized ornament that will be kept
The ornaments that survive twenty Decembers are specific. "Merry Christmas" fades; "The Millers · 2026" or "Our first Christmas in the new house" does not.
Pick the moment, then the material. Family names and the year: wood or ceramic. Baby's first Christmas: ceramic or acrylic with the birth date. A pet: a photo ornament or a wooden disc with the name. Someone you've lost: a clear acrylic or a white ceramic with a name and dates, quiet on purpose.
Keep the text short. Names plus the year reads best. A line of six words or fewer fits above them.
Watch the deadline. Personalized ornaments are made after you approve the proof. The last day to order for delivery before Christmas is on each product page; after that we'll say honestly if it can't make it.
